  • What are your prices?   
    •   HERE  is a price chart for you to get an idea of different costs. However, each job is different. So, we don’t quote over the phone. We come directly to you within 24 hours. 
  • Do I need to be home when you come out to do the estimate?
    • No, a walk around the outside of your home is all that we need. But we would like to meet you as we explain our cleaning process.
  • Are you Insured?
    • Yes, we are backed with a $2 Million Dollar Insurance Policy
  • Do you Accept Credit Cards?
    • Yes, we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
  • What is your method of cleaning?
    • We treat your exterior surfaces with a soft washing method that eliminates mold, mildew, algae, and all other organic growth with a 100% biodegradable & eco-friendly solution that will extend the life of your exterior surfaces and not cause damage by applying high pressure to sensitive surfaces.
  • Should I remove items from against my house and off my porch and decks?
    • We would prefer to have access to the exterior of the property when we arrive. Please move all objects 2-3 feet away.
  • Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
    • Absolutely! If you are not completely satisfied, simply let us know, and we will come back and make it right. We want to exceed your expectations and earn loyal, lifetime customers who are confident in referring us to family and friends.
  • Do you use Eco friendly chemicals when cleaning or soft washing my exterior?
    • Absolutely, we use 100% biodegradable cleaning agents. Eco-friendly and environmentally friendly.
  • How often should I have my home Soft Washed?
    • With soft washing, your siding should stay free and clear of algae for a minimum of 2 years if not longer. With traditional pressure washing, there is a need to clean the siding every year because the underlying root system is not being killed off.
